I-phone SE was easy to transfer data from my old phone backup. Just the perfect size if you want to keep it in your pants pocket.

In-store mobile setup and support was a fair experience. I bought the phone on line via Best Buy's website and then set up an appointment time (12:30 pm) to be efficient, but when I got there at 12:15 I was told that the mobile setup & support were running 2 hours late which was contrary to the on-line appointment listing. We told that we could wait or trying doing it ourselves. NOT Great customer service for a $700 purchase!

Professional service. It took longer than advertised but I had a very old phone to transfer my contacts and data.

They worked to get the phone set up for my husbands new phone and helped with accessories for the new phone as well.

My Service was not complete, because they did nothing to help me in-store. I had an appointment and all they could muster was an employee who doesn't even work in mobile to run back and forth between me and the "mobile manager" with questions. I got frustrated and left. An absolutely awful experience. I have more choices in tech rather than best buy, probably time I start using them. In fact this experience was so frustrating and bad that it makes me want to return the phone and buy the same one elsewhere. It even makes me want to return stuff that I already bought and am enjoying perfectly fine. I was excited to pick up my new phone, that part was easy, the help I was supposed to get with data transfer and afterwards was absolutely abysmal, the young man who came to help me did his best, but as he admitted, he doesn't work in mobile. WHY WASN'T SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN MOBILE AVAILABLE TO HELP ME ON MY APPOINTMENT???

In store set up was smoothly done and all was explained and transfered to the new phone. Great job.
