The 3D is fantastic and the audio/video quality is superb but the movie is only average. Fine supporting actors but Chris Hemsworth is miscast and brings the movie down.

This movie was slow and took forever to get to the good part of the movie. I liked the movie but if you don't like slow starting movies I would rethink watching.

This was just an ok film. It didn't wow me, and it really didn't hold my interest for very long. All and all, it was ok. I liked it, but I won't be watching it again.

Was interesting to see the story about which the book Moby Dick was based on. Would not call this the best 3D movie I have watched. As rating indicates, average.

A bit different from the books everyone read growing up. It's supposed to the actual story that inspired the writer of Moby Dick. Overall, not a bad movie

I always root for the creatures that are being harmed for the purpose of greed. I hate the greed of man. Why can't we all get along.

Ron Howard helps this whale tale come to life. The action and spectacle are impressive, although admittedly it does drag a little in between.

I thought this was just an average movie because of the profanity in it...like most movies that have profanity it was needless.

The ending is not how I expected it to be. Quite different from the original Gregory Peck Special effects are great though...

Not my usual genre but the acting was good for the most part and the story was interesting. The effects were also well done.

The Dolby Atmos mix is the only reason I bought this.

I always wanted to know the story of Moby Dick but was too lazy to read the Novel. Good enough to watch one time.

I have to say I was let down a bit by this movie. The CGC was actually pretty badly done and looked cheap. Good story!

Fair Movie at best..with fair 3D.. it's long and drags at times.. have lots of popcorn prepared!

Good movie to kill some time. If you have seen versions of this movie in the past it is just updated with better VE.

Ron Howard doesn’t make em like he used to. Spectacular effects don’t make up for a weak narrative

Basically a good movie to see atleast once, but waiting for HBO to have it wont kill you and save you some cash.

Ok movie, kind of boring, not much action. Can't compare with the Moby Dick movies. This was watchable but dull.
