    There wasn’t enough staff in the Geek Squad to install all the software. We had to finish the installation at home and now our laptop continues to say it’s out of date with an upgrade. Besides that problem, the young man who sold us the laptop was great. He was very knowledgeable and got my wife exactly what she wanted.
