It's a great case. But I bought this thinking it would work for my new 2020 MacBook Pro, but it only works for 2019 and prior. But I ordered the correct one directly from Incase, since BestBuy didn't cary it, and it works great!

It lasted for a year. Paid a lot. Expected it to last longer considering I paid a lot for it.

I had bought this case in 2013 for my daughters MacBook Pro and it kept it clean and safe. Bought another one now to continue the efforts.

Offers easy to instal just snap it over the MacBook Pro- it’s a hard plastic so I don’t know how long it will last -

There weren't a lot of options in the store as far as hardshell cases go, so we picked this one. We have no complaints so far.

Avoided this design for my new 13” MacBook because the last one I had added so much weight. I was pleasantly surprised at how much more streamlined these have become over the years and it secures super easily.

We have purchased a few of this incase hardshell cases for our family because we like their durability and protection. However the experience with this CLEAR case was a disaster!! First we ordered online during "black Friday" sales for $25 plus shipping. We tried to install it but it dod not fit. We took it back to the store, order a second one of the same case, paid $5,50 more for shipping, received the second one a few days later and this second one did NOT work either. We made another trip to another BestBuy store (so about $22 dollars in subway charges later) and finally found a CLEAR case that worked. The Incase cases are great but this particular CLEAR model batch was almost ALL imperfect. It made for us a very frustrating experince!

I bought this for my wife. She wanted to add some color and have some protection for her Macbook. We discovered that we cannot use the ports when the case is on. We could not fully insert it and get it connected. The Geek Squad TM knew exactly why i returned it.

Great case overall! Only issue I’ve encountered is the fit, with when you open the macbook all the way, the bottom part of the case gets pushed forward, and is prone to coming off of the laptop... overall great buy!

I think it’sa little overpriced for something that’s plastic.

Purchased for daughter’s lap top for school. Sales man took us straight to it I store and was helpful deciding on witch one to buy. Made daughter happy as she could place stickers on it and not laptop.

Bought this on the fly. Kinda pricey but it gets the job done.

I have always had PC's and was given a MacMini by my son. I liked it so much that I decided to get this high end MacBook Pro. I am still in the learning curve in the changeover since I have been a PC guy since 8088 PC with one 6" floppy.

It's a good case, but sometimes the fit blocks certain things I plug into the computer.

The case is protective, I'll give it that. But after just a few months, it's chipping around the corners and edges. The little snaps keeping it in place are still in tact and functional, but it's only a matter of time until those chip. Not worth the $70+ I paid for it.

This case has delivered on it's claim to protect the Mac Pro. The price is fair and the value for my peace of mind is great. I am ]leased with my decision and look forward to many years of use this case will provide.

This case works well, but does not allow for easy access for additional accessories.
