Best Buy provided excellent service. The case was packaged correctly. The product i was not happy with. The case would not stay on the computer.

Just after a few months with very little use, you can see little cracks on the bottom part where you pick it up. Not very strong plastic at all for the price.

Ended up returning this after searching Amazon for an alternative cases. This case is overpriced and doesn’t provide much more protection than something similar in price to 50% less.

Hate it doenst really work after a week the bottom doesnt stay anymore not really worth the price

The top fit but the back I couldn’t really get it to stick on and the price is ridiculous.

This case is not worth the money. It is neither comparable with a usb c hub nor is it even necessary on the mac

The top half of the case clicks on perfectly but the bottom half does not. I haven't had my laptop long and take very good care of it and the bottom corners of the case have already cracked on three of the four corners. Already looking for a better case. 50 is way too much for something that barely lasts. Do not recommend.

Was easy to put on but poor quality. Had to return it.

It breaks to easy . I send it to repair 2 times I don’t have anything else to say . Just waiting it to be repair.

The case fits fine on the screen, however, with the redesign of the keyboard making the lower portion of the laptop slightly fatter, the bottom part of the case does not fit onto the laptop. This is quite frustrating as it seems that it should fit but it is simply too small. I am sure this product is fine for older MacBook Pros, but do NOT buy if you have the newest model as it will not fit.

The price of these things for the "protection" they do is just ridiculous. They are overpriced and break easily. They look nice but beware of the corners, had the original and its replacement break in the same spots. They are made cheap and I wouldn't recommend them for the price. Buy those cheaper ones that cost around $10 to $15 so if they do fall apart you aren't out much money.

I would like a full refund. The purchase was cheap, ineffective and over-priced.

I don’t understand all those good reviews, this case has a design defect. After putting on this case, the screen will not be able to rotate more than a 90 degree angle. Any cheaper case on Amazon does not have such problem. The designer should be fired.

This case isn't really worth buying. Pretty cheap and the cover slides off easily. I wouldn't recommend.

I purchased this item on the recommendation of a store employee. It doesn’t fit well, falls off, and is flimsy.

Meh. Low profile shell but doesn’t fit properly. Was out of town and passed the return window.

Needs to be more accurately explained what model this is for. I own a MacBook Pro 13 in and it didn’t fit

Does not for secure or tight at all. Stay away from this items. Falls off every time the laptop is touched.

The bottom doesn’t fit like it should on my 2018 Touch Bar model and the corners are cracked with no drops or hard hits. I would not recommend, look elsewhere for a shell or get a sleeve if laptop bag/backpack allows. I’ll keep using it until it fully breaks as I’m outside my return window and it’s better than nothing, but take your money elsewhere.
