Can’t be a protective case if the case cracked even when the laptop was never dropped.

clips easily break and covers doesn't remain in place

I’ve bought Incase hard shell cases for my other MacBooks in the past with ZERO complaints. This time I’ve bought this case and it’s super cute but it has no utility. First of all it will not stay on my computer! It pops off so it’s sliding around and it makes it basically unusable. When I got it I was sure it was going to be great so I ripped off the packaging and threw it away. By the next day when the trash man had come I had serious regrets for throwing away the package because now I cannot return it. Out about $60 dollars and that hurts. I would not mind if Best Buy contacts me about this.

Worst case protector I have ever purchased! Corners cracked and broke off, DO NOT BUY THIS CASE WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Fits poorly and expensive too. Constantly having to put it back on and it gets dirty easily. Not worth it at all

After a few months the shell doesn't stay on the laptop... Small clips have broken off and doesn't stay secure.

I am going back through my suggested product reviews and see this here... i never purchased this. However, I was in the store on this date. Just checked my card info and i am not realizing that I was baited at this best buy and the cashier rang this onto my receipt. I am not happy about this!!!!!!!!!

This was the a cover that was picked out for me by the sales rep. However, every time I open the computer it comes off. Not happy with it will be returning it - just hope its not too late.

Bought this for my daughter's new MacBook Pro. Complete waste of money. Had to return it. This product did not stay on the computer and constantly fell off.

10 months of light use. Only stress was opening and closing the top. Laptop does not travel. The clips that held the top cover on disintegrated. The bottom is still attached.

This case does not fit the Macbook 15.4. I bought this hoping to protect my mac but it doesn't fit. I've returned both cases I bought from the brand.

This thing doesn’t protect for anything. Straight up it’s not worth it for the price

it didnt fit my laptop by .1 inch which sucks and not very durable i retyurned this not worth 40 dollars

i want to LOVE this case but it's just okay. it's very cheaply made for a price tag of $50 and has cracked in several spots from me removing it a couple times to clean ~ the plastic is just really thin. but it really does help protect against dents & scratches. i removed it for a couple days because i wanted a bare laptop for a bit and i managed to dent it in that short amount of time, haha! so definitely a nice thing to have, but not sure it's worth $50.

What is true is that there aren't good instructions for putting it on. It took me a while to make sure everything was snapped in right and if the fit is loose at all the whole case will pop off when you open the computer. I got it on sale for $50 which isn't bad considering it's textured and getting a top and bottom dbrand skin would cost you $40~. This is definitely more protective than a skin and gives a bit of height incase something spills on the table. Happy with this purchase
