Fits well

Mostly bought it to differentiate my personal computer from my company device as they’re identical MacBooks, but will probably keep the case on my personal computer, anyway. It looks nice.

Thin protection that fits like a glove

It has extra cooling louvers on the bottom, likely for the Intel MacBook Pro. I bought this to show off and protect my custom Fishskyn vinyl skin and while it does show through, the dotted pattern impeded it slightly. The case is hard plastic and it would feel nicer if it were more of a rubberized finish, but I suppose that may be less protective that way. It's great in that it doesn't add a ton of bulk to the case while adding a bit of extra protection.
