Hard to keep from pulling top part off when opening MBP at the front "notch" area. It will keep scratches and stuff from your MBP exterior so it does work in that regard.

Got what we wanted!!!

Sales person said, it would arrive in a couple of days and we purchased. She explained the warranty and made arrangements for delivery and setup and removal of our old set. So we were happy with the purchase and they have been sending emails keeps informed of the delivery.

The top and bottom sections both fit tightly to my laptop. This was well worth the money when compared to the cheaper cases that fit loosely. The is a nice looking case. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Given the choice I would not buy again, but here we are.
