You will need an adaptor for external drives using USB, by the way, as there are no USB ports on this computer.

But the plastic is brittle. the corner snapped off with very little effort. I don't recommend this cover. Especially for the price. its about double the price it needs to be. So avoid this cover..

DON’T PURCHASE

The case didn’t fit on my laptop properly as advertised causing it to latch closed very tightly. Then when trying to open it back up it broke and cracked my screen!!! So now I’m paying $100 extra for something the case broke. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT

Poor Fit and Picey too

With the pros the plastic was brittle and broke off near tge slots for usb ports. In addition the rubber feet didnt take long to detach. In the case of this most recent shell the lip of the bottom portion also slips over the top lid of the MacAir so it cant open. Initially i thought the hinge on the air was broken but then figured out tge bad fit la t ched the air top to the shell bottom. Best Buy was very good at letting me return it.

Great Case

It is slim and east to put on my MacBook Pro. The color is true to the photo and looks great on my computer!

Hard shell Laptop cover
