This charger charges my iPhone X fast, however, plastic pieces inside that keeps the top and bottom together melted. I have contacted their support and they are sending another one to me. Very easy to deal with support. However, the product is terrible.

This works well quickly charges my IPhone X without the need of wires....where has this been all of my life!!!! Only flaw it’s a little noisy

This is a great wireless charger. This is my first experience with a wireless pad. However, I heard everyone recommend a 12W charger for the new iPhone, to keep up with other brands. With the case o have on my iPhone X it charges at 5W. I was hoping for 15W. But it still charges quickly at 5W. So maybe there’s better out there, but I’m pleased with what I got so far.

Just got a new iPhone 8 with wireless charging capability. Went with the higher amp charger between the two Best Buy had in the store. Works well, sometimes have to align phone to make sure charging.

The charger is good not as sensitive as Belking to align phone - almost no packaging quality is lacking as it falls apart of it falls.

Charges quickly. Make sure the phone is aligned on the charger correctly. It is easy to be off alignment by fraction.

very nice and easy to set up. The charging indicator light works well, and I always appreciate the little lights a lot - for whatever reason :-). If you are a wireless charger customer this will work for you. We take this model camping even.

The charger did not work well with iPhone 8 because it didn't sit on top properly/securley

I buy this excited to use it after returning some stuff to BB, open the SEALED package, and there is only a block in there. No power cable at all, the plastic tray shows that there should have been one in there.
