The price at Best Buy was not particularly competitive and there wasn't a great selection. If I hadn't needed it in a hurry I'd have waited and bought online.

Maybe correct but definitely has to be generic because doesn't line up correctly with on/off, charging port or volume but does cover the phone.

Nice Slim Case For 2017 Galaxy J3

The side panels provide a secure grip and cover the power and volume buttons. A ledge around the screen lets you place your phone face down. The smooth back panel makes it easy to pull from your pocket. This is a slim case for people who never drop their phone. It will NOT protect against damage from a five foot drop onto a hard floor. The NGP perfectly fits the 2017 Galaxy J3 phones with the speaker on the right panel but NOT the 2016 Galaxy J3 with the speaker on the back.
