I bought these for my Mother's friend as a gift. She had problems finding a case for her phone. Bestbuy had it in stock.

Hard to hold onto, too smooth. Hard to press side buttons with case on- (power and volume buttons)- Phone and case vibrate when listening to music, videos. Case and phone don't do well with sound vibrations. I will be surprised if the case protects my phone from any fall that the phone itself can't protect against.

Research led me to the moto cellphone. Best Buy staff compared models & we chose the one purchased.

Had great in-store assistance. Fits my smart phone and gives great protection. I'm happy with this purchase.

This case doesn't protect your phone at all. It only protects the back side, but if your phone lands facing down, the screen witll shatter, just like mine did. NOT SHOCK ABSORBENT AT ALL. The titled name is misrepresented.. When i showed best buy staff my phone thanks to their useless case they didn't bother to replace my phone. They just said sorry, we can give you a refund for the case. Seriously??? What about my phone?? Which that phone by the way, still happens to be in my possession in a drawer since i can't use it.. and the worse part of this experience is that i only had that phone less than a week from purchase, which is why i had bought this case.. So nothing would happen to it.
