I gave the first Incredibles movie 5 stars. This one, 3. The first Incredibles was the perfect super hero story of a washed up has been father and hero rediscovering what is important in life and becoming the hero he once was. The second Incredibles is about a dope of a dad who is an incompetent mess, an empowered mom to take his place, and was just ok. I'm all for encouraging women to be the hero, but the "dumb dad" routine gets old. You don't have to degrade one to empower the other.
