The movie even has an extra belly-ray of stuff so as long as you are good with the disks then it is fun to watch in 4k. I have to deduct a star for a 4K movie that does not include 4K digital copy.

This is a great choice in the so-far-very-limited selection of 4K movies. It looks fantastic in this new format. There are lots of bright, well-lit scenes and the action is smooth in transition.

I had this movie on VHS for a long time. Then the taped bit the dust. I had been wanting to replace it for sometime. The, lo and behold, Best Buy had it for 5 measly bucks. I was all over that. Great flick.

Great cast, great story, ID4 is my favorite of all of director RE films. This disc looks great, has all the versions of the film and packed with special features. Essential for the collection!

My July fourth tradition. I am only bummed that the only 4k digital version is not extended. Rest assured though, the 4K disc film IS extended

The first blu ray release for ID4 was really good, but the 20th anniversary edition is far superior. Better transfer, more special features, plus free ticket to see ID Insurgence. Can't beat it!

The Steelbook was in good condition! So was the disk and the quality of the movie itself. Just was not a big fan of the movie. Too long and not enough action in my opinion. But as far as the product, excellent!

I had the independence and DVD on the regular DVD but this one with Blu-ray with special features and it was great I like my new DVD player Blu-ray that I bought from Best Buy with all my DVDs

With the new movie in theaters I figured it was a good time to buy the first movie and re-watch it before seeing the new movie and I got a coupon towards seeing the new one..what a great bonus.

This movie is a lot of fun. Brake it out around July so it is nice to have this nice Steelbook case! So many good quotable lines too.

A classic with a quality 4k transfer. Tons of bonus features. A great sci-fi addition to the collection.

I have always loved this movie and when I seen it was on 4k disc I picked it up at Best Buy and I have to say that the HDR added some stunning visuals to the film. Highly recommended.

Anonymous post cards to a friend with an ongoing synopsis of this plot as if it were real life. It’s good to have the reference on deck in case I miss an element or two.

I have always had a soft spot for this movie so buying it on 4K Blu-ray was an easy choice to make. For those who haven't seen it, it's a really good 90's aliens come for the earth movie

Film still holds up considering how old it is! The sequel is bad, don't bother.

THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES, I WAS JUST REPLACING IT .IF WE AS PEOPLE COME TOGETHER ON ONE ACCORD, AND WITH ONE PURPOSE FOR GOOD WE COULD OVERCOME ANYTHING .
