Replacing my older scan Blu ray copy and picking up a digital copy to share at a good price.

Some time back I owned this video in DVD format but could not find it when I wanted to refresh my memory prior to watching Resurgence. I bought the 4K to use the capabilities of my new theater system. The movie was as good as I remembered and fits into the story line of the sequel.

Let’s talk about the 4K. It’s great. And the audio is fantastic. A great fun huge scale movie about aliens w Will Smith. Buy it

This brought back such fun memories of watching this with a big group of friends when I was younger!

One for the ages. If you have not got this movie in steel book, you are really missing out. It is definitely a real collectors item.

Fantastic transfer and some good special features. This is the version to get of this classic.

got this because it had both versions of the movie and all of the bonus features. great for the price i got it at,but some of the mocumentary footage was too small for me to see on the tv

If you haven't seen this movie you have to watch it. It's a great movie. Not much language, has some violence and what could be considered a scary scene for little kids. I enjoyed watching it!

How can you not rate a Will Smith movie lower than a 5 star? I don't know but this movie just makes you feel like you have been thrust into a world of alien armageddon. Can't wait to watch again!

Excellent cast and inventive writing makes this a terrific movie anytime of the year. This should definitely be added to any viewing library for patriotic movies in addition to as Sci-Fi lists.

The is a very good film and looks fantastic in high definition- I would reccomend it to anyone.

Just got a very nice 4K TV and was picking up a 4K copy of The Martian when we saw this 20th anniv 4K version of one of our favorite movies. Was not diappointed in its quality.

Film still holds up considering how old it is! The sequel is bad, don't bother.

Man it felt like I watched this movie 10 years ago but 20 years? Time goes by so fast man! This was one of my favorite movie collections when I was young. The 4K with HDR looks cool but the picture at night scenes looks different. Overall it's good. Now I'm in to watch the new ID4

Classic summer blockbuster. The steelbook is simply stunning IMO, such a simple, beautiful design for the cover art, I love it.

Well, this was what I was hoping for when I purchased this Blu Ray movie. Turns out to be much better than the sequel which was just released. I'm glad that I purchased this film.

I had this on DVD but when I bought the sequel I wanted both in my Blue-ray collection. I like it when they go back and clear up a DVD movie and upgrade it to Blu-ray quality.

Really liked this movie when it came out but never bought it. I asked for it for Christmas and got it. After playing it on my 4k system and TV, it was a whole new movie.

I wasn't able to watch this movie when it came out till now and it was great. Its always good to see what the 90s were like for films.
