Good Steelbooks, Bad Outer Case

This seems to be a recurring issue with similar steelbook sets. Mine was already damaged when I picked it up from the store, and I was told there was nothing that could be done. Granted it was minor damage, but the whole point of these steelbook cases is that they are collectible items.
