This is a good product for both home and office, i have piled up mails and many cds, cards.. it is very much useful to scrap these mails/cds when they are no longer needed. and most important, i don't have to worry abt identity theft as i don't need to throw my mails.

I was pleased at first. It does have a window to look at to see when the bin is getting full. However when I forgot to look the light to tell me it was full did not work and the machine jammed up. I was able to unjammed. It worked for a little bit but then jammed again. I have not been able to get it to work since then. The motor hums but that is it. I would not recommend this product.

This is the most powerful shredder I have used. This machine does just as advertised and then some.

I purchased this on line while on sale. It cuts credit cards as well as CD/DVD disks and cuts 10 pieces of paper. My previous shredder broke and this was purchased as a replacement. I'm very happy with my choice.

So far, so good! Works perfectly! I bought a shredder in the past that did not last long at all. Hopefully this will hold up much longer.

I think I shred a normal amount of paper and have gone through 3 shredders so far. This one so far has worked great. Its powerful and has a large container to catch the paper. Its not messy. So far so good

The only good thing I can say is it's easy to use. It's not even 6 months old and is has quit working. I used it for about 5 minutes today and it quit. I let it sit, unplugged, for a little over 10 minutes, plugged it back in, turned it on and it still wouldn't do anything when I put a piece of paper in it. I unplugged it and let it sit for another 30 minutes. This time it worked for about 5 minutes and then it quit again. It's gone now and I will never buy another one.

This unit is so much quieter than the one I had before. I love the handle to lift the top off for emptying and the window at the front so that you can see when its getting full. It is a quality product, well designed and built.

Out last paper shredder would only take 3 sheets max (even though it said it could handle 5) and it did not cross shred the paper. This shredder can handle more pages at one time and the cross shredding results in less bulk.

Replaced a unit with plastic gears that lasted only 2 years, Seems very powerful and quiet at the same time.

overall this product has delivered as promised......but only having it for a short time, reliability is as i stated, up in the air.

I am amazed at what a high quality product this is, for the price paid. Definitely recommend to all. Buy this one!

was extremely easy to set up. Top portion is heavy and basket fills up quickly though.

While in the open, you hardly notice it. Ready all the time. Big enough basket ffor infrequent emptying. Good choice.

takes multiple pages..no drag...works better than one previously purchased...

I would recomend this to any home that is just shredding their weekly mail.I have not had a jam in the month i've had it.Best part is it sounds powerful.

Works very well. Have had no problems with it like past shredders.

Overall, good Max 10 Sheets Shredder, like the handle and bucket size for medium duty use for home office.

I bought this paper shredder with the expectation that it would last me for years. Instead it lasted just over two weeks before jamming. They claim it can shred up to 10 sheets at a time, but mine jammed when I was shredding mail.
