Overall I would recommend these cables.
As I am only using these to charge light duty devices I cannot confirm their max advertised rating of 240 W.
The advertised length of 6 ft 6 inches on the two cables in my package excludes the plug ends (that actually make contact with and go into your device and charger). From one silver plug housing to the other, the length was 6 ft 7 inches. Each plug housing is 7/8 ths of an inch long and the rubber grommet on either end, behind the housing is another 5/8 ths.
I like the fact the cables have a woven sheath which inhibits tearing and rips, which readily occurs with moderate use with OEM and like cables that only have plastic or rubber sheaths.
A nice benefit is the light indicator which is only illuminated when the cable is connected to your device and providing power to it.
The tips are metal as is to be expected. The plug shells on either end are a hard plastic made to look like aluminum, but are otherwise solid. I do not have any fears they will crack/ break with normal use and proper care.
An added benefit with these cables I was not expecting when purchasing them was the fact each cable has its own rubber cable tie for wire management. When the cable is not in use, it can be rolled up and organized/ secured with the included tie. With my regular travels this is a great little detail/ item to have and normally something you need to purchase and keep track of separately. The tie is integrated onto each cable amd can freely move up and down the length of the cable as desired. To remove it, however, would require cutting it off which could be done without causing damage to the cables themselves.

Not all cables for charging electronic devices are the same... even if the connector is the right one... the electrical characteristics of the cable are important to charge at the maximum speed your device can handle according to the charger. If we add to the above a strong and durable material and a very respectable length... these are ultimate charging cables.

These are thick sturdy cords with a nice feel. The ends are metal and feel like good quality. The ring light is a nice indicator power is connected. The lights isn’t too bright, just enough to notice when it’s not on.

I've only had it for a month so far but it charges fast and the wires don't get twisted easily. I'm hoping this works longer than a year since that seems to be when most of my chargers stop working

I tested the speed with a voltage meter designed for Type-C cables and it met my expectations for charging my new iPhone 17 Pro Max with its original Apple cable. It was identical. I only tested up to 30 watts as I do not have a charger block to charge up to the claimed 250 watts but for the price, I already got a bargain.

Works great! I received a hand-me-down old mac that was not charging properly from a friend. All it needed was a new charging cable. Even though this cable is rated at 240W and my charger is 29W I was able to look at other reviews and determine that it was a non-issue and that this set of cables would work. Trust the power of reviews!
