    I specified in my online search I needed a 100 w cable and what popped up (and I accidentally ordered) was 60 w cable. When I got home with my order and realized they were wrong watts, I had to go back online, order the correct cords, and now I have to return these I purchased in error. I guess I'm more upset about Best Buy's online ordering system giving me an option for something I didn't request than the product's quality.

    USB cable connector is not a truly a fast charger. all devices i connect to display a slow charge mode

    I like that it comes with 3 chargers in the box. It’s really nice but it charges your phone slowly. I would stick with Apple charger for my iPhone 17 Pro Max to have a quick charge instead of waiting for a while for it to fully charged. Won’t be suggesting it to family and friends.
