Broken after 2 months

Mine started acting up after 2 months. I have to wiggle/shake/pull/tag the power brick by the foldable prongs to get a connection. I was given a run around when I tried to get a warranty replacement. I was even told to return it. But I'm way past the return peiod. I went with Anker and hope to have better luck.

Compatible with 2025 Motorola Razr Ultra

Charged from 23% to 100% in 24 minutes after enabling phone setting option for Charge Boost in the settings menu. Charger operates at cool temperature and phone became slightly warm initially with this sertting.
