My lovely wife read the reviews and got one for me at Christmas. Cheap plastic buttons, poor sound. Not much more to say, because I played it twice then put it away. It's like you guy's wrote these reviews. If you want well made, look some where else.

Two of my classic albums skipped more than once and they're fine on my other player. Oh, and the wood smells really awful.

Not Happy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After only a very few times using the CD player, it locked up on us and we could not open the player. I returned the item to the store for assistance and had poor customer service with someone behind the customer service desk. Would provide no assistance unless a receipt was provided. It was received as a gift so I did not have it. No other options provided except once I have a receipt, someone will speak with me. I picked up the unit and left the store, CD still inside the machine.

Terrible

Called to get help and tried the repair tips. None of them worked. Required to pay to ship the item back to the company to see if we are eligible for warranty (even though it's still within the 1 year warranty period). Best Buy would not help either.
