    Oscar Isaac had a great performance as a struggling musician in the 1960's. The music and soundtrack are great. Usually the Cohen Brother are in top form but left maybe questions and holes in the plot and characters.

    The music was great but the movie drug out. It was slow through out the entire show, We thought because of the sound track it would be a lot better.

    I was expecting a story about the birth of folk music in the early '60's with some great soundtracks. What I got was a ne'erdowell folksinger "wannabe" with some serious mental issues who runs to even more disturbed characters. Not interesting.

    I was so disappointed in this movie. It lost the Best picture award and it should have lost. As a music lover I was really looking forward to this movie and boy was I disappointed. There was little in the way of a plot and the acting was nothing.
