My grandson learned about emotions at preschool so I decided to see if he would like a movie about emotions. He loves this movie! Inside Out covered all the emotions he learned about in school in an enjoyable method. I liked how Riley's facial expressions linked to how she felt inside. What I liked the most about the movie is that it was not 90% filled with songs. The movie is entertaining and holds a child attention without the use of a lot of annoying songs. I also liked the fact that the package came with DVD, Blu-Ray and digital download.

Inside Out isn't just another dazzlingly colorful and heartfelt effort from Pixar, it's a portrait of the constant battle of wills within ourselves and the intricacy and necessity of all emotions, not just the good ones. As nice as it may sound to constantly envelop ourselves is that which makes us joyful, to deny the other facets of life - the scary, the distasteful, the enraging, and the sorrowful - is to as much to deny that which builds our best qualities as our worst ones. And the emotions are all textured to look like muppets, so that's a bonus too.

Nice and crisp looking but not sure 4K is worth the upgrade over blu ray

We got this movie, on a whim, when we were shopping for a refrigerator. My 5 year old is learning about naming his feelings to learn to control himself at school. This gives a good visual and speaks at a kids level, being that it is a kids movie. They can relate to the feelings and urges, so they can see that their teachers and parents are not making this stuff up. There is also some "couple" humor that moms and dads can appreciate, which is always fun. We laugh and he looks at us like we are crazy. At least, until the next kids joke comes up.

I enjoyed watching this movie, especially I collect this 4K steelbook.

At first i didnt know what this movie was about l, then i seen multiple trailers and had an idea of what was it about but still wasnt sure what exactly what it was. Heard good thing about this movie so i decided to get it. After i watched the movies with my daughters, i realized that these movie was awesome and very creative with good imagination. My daughters loved it. Even though they are young and dont understand whats going on in the movie 100%, they still loved it. As they grow watching this movie they will understand more and more.

I had never seen the movie before purchasing it, but Disney/Pixar have done a great job in making movies that are fun to watch if you're 8 or 38. It's an imaginative way to describe the mind and how it operates at various stages. You have various emotions - joy, sadness, anger, disgust and fear, that control Riley's actions/responses on a move from Minnesota to San Francisco. I have to admit some of the funniest moments are when you see the emotions in the parents' heads. It's a cute movie that the whole family can watch together.

The actual steelbook is really cool looking. It’s a very simple design but it really works especially with the yellow color. The cover and back are really cool since they contain important characters. The actual inside is just a still image which I feel the could have put something else but the artwork and overall design make up for it. The movie is fantastic and the 4K transfer looks really good as well.

I love Pixar films. This is coming from someone who has seen them all in the theater and purchased then all for home viewing in one format or another. Although close, Inside Out is the best Pixar film to date (runner ups being Nemo, Monsters (Inc., of course) and Up). I believe it is the first Pixar film for adults as everyone, regardless of age, can relate. It is both touching and hilarious and reminds us that the imagination is an amazing thing. Blu-Ray picture and audio quality are top notch. A movie for everyone!

Pixar rarely makes any missteps, and Inside Out is no exception. It's another animated masterpiece from the studio that already brought us wonderful films like Up, Wall-E and The Incredibles. This imagines a fantasy world of emotions as characters inside the head of a 11-year old girl named Riley. This fantasy world is very fully realized conceptually and ii is a wonder to behold how things as complex as human emotions can be explained away with cartoon characters and situations. Very clever, fun and emotional.

I enjoyed watching this movie along with my kids. There's not one Pixar movie I can think of that my kids don't like. Like a majority of Pixar films it had a pleasant family message that I think my daughter is old enough to understand now, especially considering we've moved coast to coast recently. We also enjoyed seeing that all the different people have their own variations of the 5 emotion characters and not just the daughter/young girl. I definitely recommend this movie to anyone with kids 5 and older.

"Inside Out" Is one of the BEST (Big) kids movie I have ever seen!! It explains emotions and feelings but also has a wonderful story using animated characters and a lot of humor. This movie makes it fun for mom and dad to watch as well as it has many references and jokes relating to the adult world as well. I guarantee you will love this movie. It's one for the whole family!! "^_^" P.S. This particular copy also has a digital copy to take with you on your tablet or smartphone.

Great movie. Kids loved it and have watched it over and over again.

As with all Pixar movies this is enjoyable by the whole family, young kids, teens, and adults. My wife and I have watched it a few times already just by ourselves and still laugh and pickup on things we didn't notice. Inside Out tells an important story and can make things relatable for younger kids. Working in a BMED facility I have noticed doctors here are now using characters from this film when talking and working with kids. I think this is amazing that this film is being used in so many ways.

After viewing yet another weekend ad in the Sunday paper, I was extremely pleased to come across Best Buys deal on some of the newly released movies. As most store are selling the 3 disc packs of box office hits from $20-30 or up, I was able to snag a $15 deal at Best Buy. All in one 3 disc package with 5 color table cards (what a bonus) on Disney's creative piece Inside Out! I had the assistance of some store deals and coupons to get it at that price, but as a whole I'm a very satisfied customer.

A great movie from front to back that is full of laughs and tears. I still buy my favorite films on physical media (4K discs) even though I have them through streaming services (in this case, Disney+) because I want to be able to watch them in the highest quality.

An animated story full of personal emotions, who knew?

Pixar does it again! This movie takes you on a journey through the mind of a child in a way you have never been before. It shows how your various emotions affect everything you experience and how each one is necessary. There is a lot of heart and humor here too, exactly what Pixar is known for. I am not sure smaller children will get a lot out of this movie, the concepts are a little more complex than you usually find in an animated movie but kids 8 or 9 and up should be perfect for it.
