"Inside Out" is perhaps the most thoughtful of Pixar's movies. It certainly doesn't glide by on slapstick humor, silly jokes, and pretty scenery, even though all those elements are present. What it does so well is present an intelligent topic (a girl's swirling emotions controlling her actions) without dumbing-down the delivery. Don't be surprised if younger children have a little trouble with the themes and concept, but older children might find themselves pleasantly surprised that a movie is giving them some food for thought while still being lots of fun. As for the Blu-ray, the transfer is of excellent quality for both picture and sound, and there is a nice selection of extras included.

This movie offers such a unique and fun look at the complex interplay of a person's emotions and how they shape someone's character. The story follows Riley, a little girl who moves to a different city, and the ups and downs of her adjustment there. It is a wonderful family film, but smaller children may have a hard time staying with the story for the entire length of the film.

A great watch if you feel like watching a movie on your own, but even better if you watch it with family. Both amazingly creative (like Pixar would ever not be) and emotional. This is going to be one of my favorite go-to movies when I want to have that 'warm happy feeling'. You know, the one you get when something gets you right to the core and you are left, well, happy.

In my opinion, this is Pixar's best movie in years. It was not at all what I expected based on the previews and reminded me of "Up" in the thoughtful manner in which human emotions were treated. The characters bring the movie to life and if you have a good TV with which to view the Blu-ray, you will not be disappointed! The long-term memory scene is astounding on a good set.

I bought this movie even though I hadn't seen it because I knew that it would be good. I love Disney movies and Pixar knows what they're doing. It is fun to think about what goes on in everyone's minds. I loved this movie and I cried. You know the story is good when you are attached to the characters enough that it makes you cry. I can't wait to see what Pixar does next.

This movie is a psychologist's dream movie! It has everything one needs to feel satisfied inside when watching, in terms of why people are so messed up in themselves. It has many puns, goes through terms and ideology explained in lamens terms, and is just a feel good movie all over. Made my top three Disney movie list and those include The Lion King and Toy Story movies.

You can count on Pixar to make a great movie. The trailers did not impress me very much, but the movie was quite good. It was a challenging premise for a movie; how do you represent a person's emotions battling for control? There are lots of ways you can poke holes in the plot, but most of it is "figurative and symbolic." I'm glad to have it added to my movie library.

I had heard about this movie and hoped it would be up to Pixar standards. I must say it exceeded my expectations. The story was sophisticated but easily appreciated by my 5 yo grand daughter who watched it from beginning to end. I could watch it again because the movie works on many levels, an adventure for kids and psychology for adults. But it is fun most of all.

This movie is yet another amazing production of Disney and Pixar, and digs a bit deeper than most of the regular feel-good princess movies. My 5year old niece doesn't quite understand everything they portray, but she still enjoys the imaginative characters and humor Disney is so good at creating. I bought this for my collection because I love everything Disney!

I have been checking back on the Best Buy website hoping this movie was available for purchase. I was able to buy it when a few more came in stock. I loved this movie and was so happy to add it to my collection.

As a 48 year old father of a 9 year old girl, this movie was FAR better than anticipated - moving me to the verge of tears in several places (luckily in a darkened theater). Enjoyable for both kids and parents alike... highly recommended! Haven't watched the DVD yet, but hoping I don't have to sit through that HORRIBLE volcano love story/song/movie thing again.

Having grown up with Toy Story, I'm a huge sucker for Pixar movies, and Inside Out is not exception. This movie will make you laugh a lot, cry, and really think. It's great for kids of all ages, for adults who still enjoy Pixar movies, and it even has a fantastic score. In my opinion, this is their best movie since Monsters, Inc. You won't be disappointed.

Even though this movie takes place inside the mind of a young girl, it wears its heart on its sleeve without any sense of shame. And rightfully so. It's a beautiful, heartbreaking, inspired film that is just as rewarding the third or fourth time as it is the first. Maybe more so. Great film, great cast, incredible and really groundbreaking subject matter.

The DVD Everest is outstanding. How they filmed the action scenes is mind-boggling. The scenery is stunning. The extras content concerning how they filmed the movie are amazing as well. Well worth owning the DVD for that alone Fast and Furious seven is an awesome action DVD. The stunts are amazing and then the action is nonstop. Highly recommend

I love buying the combo pack because not only do I get the Blu-ray DVD I get the DVD for in the car. My daughter loves this movie the colors are wonderful the storyline is great and the discussion about feelings is a really wonderful movie. My daughter now refers to her moods as certain colored file so I know exactly what she's talking about.

We bought this movie after seeing it in the movie theater. It is a great, wholesome movie that is perfect for the whole family. It's hard to find family movies that aren't full of bad words and violence but this one fits the bill. It will definitely be a family favorite for many years to come. I highly recommend this movie for families with kids!

I had heard about this movie. I did not see it in theaters. I have a 10 year old daughter that totally related to the main character Riley. The movie teaches a lot about the balance of good and bad and that they are both necessary. I thought it had a great message and my daughter loved it. Plus the black friday deal on it at Best Buy was insanely good!

By far Pixar's most thoughtful and deep movie, Inside Out takes a look at emotions and takes some very complex ideas and manages to score one of the most moving and thoughtful animated movies ever. Winderful and memorable characters and a great message. Oh BingBong.... Great blu Ray extras and the behind the scenes are great as well as the commentary.

Movie looks great in 4k and still holds up to this day as one of PIXAR's best. A personal favorite. Great for the family though as an adult, you think the movie could potentially go into some dark territory, but it doesn't, so no worries!

A great family movie that reminds adults the hardships of growing up, while still entertaining enough for children. This movie provides insight into the human psyche that relates our memories to personality traits to our everyday responses to situations. It also provides beautiful reasoning for why sadness sometimes exists in our lives.
