Such an amazing and fascinating story line. I heard a radio interview of the producers of this movie and they said they actually interviewed neural scientists and child development specialist to get a realistic picture of the thought processes in young children. So not only is this movie enjoyable and entertaining, it is also scientifically based.

Disney Pixar has become like the golden combination of cartoon animation movies. Over the years, they have bring us a lot of fun and great movies, from The Toy Story, Cars, to the latest Frozen and Big Hero 6. Inside Out continued the tradition of great movie and excellent characters and incredible story ! would recommend this movie to everyone!

Pinar does it again with Inside Out, a bittersweet tale about growing up and the purpose of sadness in our lives. Well written and solid performances make this a must have movie. Even if you never saw it in theatres, it's definitely worth the buy. Have a box of tissues handy though...there are definitely parts that strike a chord with the heart.

Pixar seems to always aim for high quality...and they have hit the mark again. The story line is well developed and the animation is excellent. Children as well as adults will enjoy this movie. While the story is creative and humorous it also explores some emotional issues that could be good discussion topics between parents and their children.

Overall, this was an enjoyable film. Nice character voices, & allot of witty banter and jokes. As a Disney Pixar movie goes I do consider it a bit on the "darker" side but I use that term loosely. Could be more of a personal preference as I'm more of a Toy Story Incredibles guy. Aesthetically: Blu-ray quality is top notch I would expect nothing less from Pixar. 3D is average, like most adds a bit of depth but pop out is not extremely noticeable. Sound: fabulous again a typical Pixar effort. I watched in both 2.1 & 5.1 and enjoyed both. Extras: passable, there is enough there behind the scenes to enhance the home experience.

A fantastic movie that can be understood on so many levels. The fact that they were able to depict a scientifically-accurate description of brain functions in a cartoon is amazing enough. But layered on top of it is a deep and poignant story about being a child, being a parent, growing up and the loss of childhood. Worth seeing more than once!

This movie is quite a bit different than most Pixar movies. It is much more intellectual and made for adults than many of the other Pixar movies. That is not to say that my kids did not enjoy it as well because they did. It was nice to see a "kids'" movie that didn't have to include a sidekick for slapstick comic relief in order to get laughs.

I saw this movie in theaters and really loved it. It was on sale for a really great price during black friday so I decided to pick it up. As an adult, I feel like I had a better appreciation of the idea behind this movie. It allows you to see the emotional changes that occur throughout the life span. Definitely recommend this movie to anyone!

Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves this movie after seeing it together in the theaters, I also enjoyed it just as much the second go around. Great movie for parents understanding their child's emotional and psychological growth as they approach pre-teen age and change of scenery. Great movie for all ages!

Inside Out is a movie about how we cope and deal with our emotions. It shows the viewer how we go through the emotions of joy, anger, sadness, disgust and fear. But, the movie takes a turn when the main character loses it's main two emotions, joy and sadness. And, how the two emotions need to work together to make it to the other 3 emotions.

If you haven't already seen Inside Out, do. We took family from ages 4-84 and everybody had a great time. There are good resources online for talking to kids about emotional intelligence using the characters of Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust. Visually delightful and plenty of humor to go along with the handful of tear-jerking scenes.

Movie is funny and enjoyable to watch! Got this for my younger cousin and she had a great time laughing her butt off, she enjoyed watching the angry one we'll get angry every time, movie has many meanings to it, I myself would watch it again and again. Pixar never disappoints no matter how old you are! Great movie for both kids and adults.

I bought this for my 3 year old grandson. I can't tell you how many times he has watched it so far. I know he keeps asking to watch it about every other day. He has a long attention span for a child his age and watches the entire thing most of the time. He already knows all the characters names too. I got this movie at a great sale price.

I was kind of skeptical about this movie at first.. My kids kept riding me on wanting this movie and of course being the awesome dad that I am, I bought the movie and I will have to say it was worth it, it was funny and entertaining to watch with the kids, another must've Disney Pixar movie to add to the collection of the Disney World!!!

Didn't really have any expectation about the movie. When I watched the whole thing it ended up being one of my favorite Disney's movie! It has a lot going on and it makes you really think about real life haha It's funny and it tells a really good story. I would recommend on watching this movie! Including the short which is cute Lava You!

We actually saw this movie in theaters with our six-year-old. It kept her interest the entire time, the characters are very funny. My husband and I were able to laugh along with the movie during some of the moments added in to make the movie enjoyable for adults. I would highly recommend this movie for your family movie night collection

I did not see this movie at the theaters. My daughters loved it so wanted me to buy it. We watched it and my wife and I absolutely loved it. It was humorous, emotional, and very cute. My only problem with the movie was character design. Why do all the other emotions have skin and hair the same color... but Joy is yellow with Blue hair?

I loved this movie. I watched it knowing nothing about it in advance with my 5 year old daughter. She laughed, she cried (bawled really) and then watched it 2 more times! It was a great stepping stone to talking about emotions and dealing with them. And discussing her big brother and his crazy emotions going into the pre-teen years! :)

Disney has gone above and beyond in bringing top-notch audio and video specs for this Blu-Ray release. The colors pop off the screen in a pristine video transfer. The audio features a Lossless 7.1 soundtrack that excels in delivering the right balance of dialogue and music. The extras are great with the "Lava" short being the standout.

Loved the movie, it's funny to see how they make you see how your mind is working for you. But I really liked the extra's in this BD, especially the little 3D movie 'Lava'. If you like something Hawaiian you will be nicely surprised by this. My wife liked it so much she bought the song instantly on iTunes. I really recommend this one.
