Volume control is on the side as per other reviews, has Roku button, otherwise limited to arrows. Volume and channels are simple "up/down" functions. There is no direct channel entry. With over a hundred CTV channels, many favorites at extreme ends of the numerical scale, this would mean huge amounts of scrolling through the channels. The lack of direct numerical entry is a deal breaker and I returned the TV. The in-store rep said this is a common feature to all the in-store Roku TV sets, so beware.

I have this thing where I believe samsung is the way to go but I decided to test out some other tvs and give them a shot. This one had proved to me that my theory was right. Yet I was impressed with the way design was set up for their smart bar it was interesting
