    Bought open box but no remote had to buy one separately and tv didn't work. The hassle I went thru isnt worth it. Returned tv and still no refund. Never buying open box again

    I found the Roku system way too complicated after using other smart tvs. I returned it and bought LG smart tv and had it up and running in a matter of minutes>

    This product does not work with the Spectrum app If you are buying to use the Spectrum app DO NOT BUY. ROKU admits that the spectrum app does not work with this TV.

    We have the Spectrum app on this tv which is completely unreliable. You never know when it will work. The app works fine on the Sony and Samsung tvs.

    N/A, TV did not work. Could not complete setup. Geek squad tried to help, not able to, told me, TV defective and to return it, which I did.

    I have the higest Internet package and vudu and amazon load very slow. Netflix plays when it wants to. I can't stand this tv.

    Wifi completely died on device after only a week and a half. Couldn't get it working again. Returning and buying a better brand.

    I bought this for my bedroom. I have roku in the livingroom and wanted the same in the bedroom so this was perfect as roku is built in. It's so easy to set up and the picture quality is excellent; not to mention the price is so low! I am so glad I purchased this.

    I have been looking for a small Roku TV to have in a room that is my office and half my relaxing room with a hanging recliner chair in it. Set up took 10 minutes most of that was unpacking and the TV doing a self update. I already have a Roku account and it loaded all my current channels that was so nice. As others said it was very nice that I had a magnetic screw driver to put the base on as they could be tricky otherwise. The sound is great, picture looks as good as 1080p due to the small screen. I have it hooked to an antenna as I cut cable cord years ago. I am very pleased it is a luxury for me but so glad I got it. Very slight negative you get heavy duty batteries not alkaline.

    BB has come a long way in terms of service. First bought a Vizio but didn't like legs or interface. BB let me exchange for this TV no questions asked. Roku great and the single remote is easy to navigate, picture very good, sound about what you would expect. Only concern a wobbly stand, but OK. Always had good luck with Insignia TVs and price vs. value. Best TV in this space in my opinion.

    I bought this TV for use in my bedroom. The size is great, and picture quality is excellent for the size and price. I wish the remote had numbers on it for easy channel changing, but overall, very pleased with the purchase!
