Just purchased 24" smart TV by Insignia. Immediately upon setup the TV was unable to locate any wifi signals. After repeatedly trying it finally began to work. Shortly after, all signals were lost and haven't been able to locate a signal since.

    Networking on TV didn't work

Let me start by saying that I bought this TV as an "Open Box". I know it's as-is. The tag stated that the only problem with the item was that it did not have any documentation. Got it home, and hooked it up without a problem. The TV was not able to see any wireless networks in my house, and actually freezes up consistently when searching for one. The TV seems to "reboot" itself and comes back on. I will say that the picture quality was fine and everything else works fine on the TV.

I was a big dummy and did not listen to the reviews that gave one star for not connecting to the internet. This TV is a piece of junk. It continuously drops internet connection or won't connect at all! Please listen to the reviews and do not waste your time or money!

after 2 different tvs and numerous amounts of time spent with customer support and with my ISP (Time Warner) very impressed with them. I was never able to see any wireless networks to connect to. read reviews for this product and thought we were picking a quality tv. After further review I found some posts stating the same issue I WAS HAVING. Was very disappointed in the lack of performance of this product. Will be returning for a different brand in the near future.

I spent hours trying to connected to wifi which should very simple but for some reason it doesn't recognize my wifi which all of my other numerous tablets, phones. So I did a lot of back and forth between the room and the modem to get it closer to ultimately drop this TV....What a waste of money and time!

Terrible. Defective after 1 month of use

Bought this and was excited after reading reviews. Like the interface, and was initially happy until in the middle of watching Netflix I was booted out of the app and the TV said there was no wireless signal. I have a steady signal through your my house, so I did some troubleshooting and turns out the TV is defective. It's basically a $140 piece of junk. It turns itself on and off every few minutes. I had to unplug it; hoping that Ingisgnia doesn't make it a pain to get this taken care of. It's definitely not something I wanted to have to deal with after only a month. Stay away from this tv and go with a more established brand.

Warning...you will have to pay $99 setup fee

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Just realize, you will have to pay $99 to set up a roku account if you don't have one. And the tv won't let you do anything past the setup screen, so the tv is worthless unless you want to pay the fee and use roku, which I've used before and is definitely not worth even $10
