The first TV I purchased would not set up. Spent 3 hours trying to get it to connect. Called the help number and they said we needed a new TV. Exchanged it and it set up in 10 minutes. Working great ever since.

I am very happy with my purchase. This is not my main TV, but it gets moderate use in my sunroom, and I am always pleased with the bright, clear display, even in a bright room. I feel it was a great value at a reasonable price.

Bought this tv a few months ago, unfortunately a month ago it stopped working. Thankfully I got the warranty on it. Other than that, the tv is awesome! I would recommend with the warranty :)

Bought this TV to replace my 1 year and 2 weeks old Sharp Roku TV that died just outside the one year warranty. Not happy about that at all, don't buy the Sharp 50" Roku TV! This one though, it's fine so far.

I love this TV. The picture is so clear. The price was right! I have Sling TV and I love that I don't have to switch back and forth when I want to watch regular TV from the antenna. Very Happy with this TV.

Worked well until just before my warranty was about to run out. The screen developed what looked Iike water spots

Is a very good tv, but had problems with the volume. Finally the volume just went dead. Returned tv and am looking for another one.

Picture is very clear with 4K display only knock is I wish the remote was larger and the volume buttons weren't hidden on the side.

I didn't get to install this tv came broken. I bought it open box trying to save some money but came completely broken. I don't trust open box anymore unfortunately it hasn't worked out for me.

I have seven insignia TVs they are the only ones that I buy as of right now they are working excellent I'm very happy with my product I would highly recommend that to anybody thank you Vincent

Wonderful display! I use DISH and the Hopper 3 which allows for 4K. The up-scaling adds a whole new dimension to watching TV. Even older movies & TV shows never looked better. Good value.

I love the TV resolution, the image is really clear, and you have apps like Netflix, that is helpful, I would recommend to a friend. Good quality, good price

We could hear more background score which would dominate the voice. Expect that it has a great picture quality

Worked great with zero issues for four years and nine months. Then the screen started going out intermittently. Not sure why the screen works fine for a while then just fades out. Wish I had bought a five-year geek squad warranty instead of two years.

This TV is great and the sales team was very helpful! The first one had troubles when we got it home. We brought it back and they put a new one right in the car!

4K plus Roku, sounds like a great combination, and it is. I had this unit ordered and delivered during its first month of availability. The other 4K Roku unit from TCL was not avaiable at the time of my order, but was released by the time the Insignia unit was delivered. The Insignia unit actually performed very well. Good 4K quality from streaming sources, nice loud speakers, with nothing major to hinder the experience. Except one, poor stability. Like many modern smart TVs, the unit did a firmware upgrade as soon as it's connected to the net for the first time. Upon running 4K videos from YouTube and then returning to Roku main screen to pick other channels, the unit crashes and reboots. This has already happened a few time for me to know it's not a one time glitch. I am hoping future firmware upgrades (if it's a firmware issue) will provide more stability. The usual quick test on a Roku TV went without issues. Time Warner, YouTube, Netflix, Plex as well as plugging in an 128GB flash drive with local media all worked perfectly. Final word, it is a good TV worth recommending, just be aware of the crash and reboot issue for now.

Awesome value. Great resolution, I notice a HUGE difference from our old tv. Once you go 4K, you can't go back! ;)

Needs to be upgraded. Remote has just the basics. Ypu get what you pay for. No bad for the price
