I bought this item as an open box and Geek Squad approved so everything should have been in the box, but the TV stand was missing. I'm planning on mounting it so it's not that big of a deal but I would recommend to just double check and make sure everything is in the box. Overall the TV is great and everything else was in the box.

I bought this TV after browsing the entire TV section without reading or seeing any reviews. I'm glad I did, I've previously owned another 4k LG TV and this one was far more superior in quality. Great picture, great sound, great WiFi connection and great app interface. I recommended his to my friends and family and they ended up l loving it too after purchasing.

Now this is not the best quality tv on the market by any means, but very good for the price. The picture is good, not amazing, but very good. The speakers are just ok. I recommend a soundbar if this is for any kind of home theater setup. Overall it's a good value for a secondary tv, like in a bedroom or kids play room.

I bought the Insignia TV based on past experience with this brand and Best Buy service. I was not disappointed. The original TV I got had an issue, but when I contacted the Service Dept they said I should return it (even past the 15 day period) to insure I god a good product. Best Buy was very helpful in this transaction and I now have a great TV.

I got this TV as a bundle with an Xbox and got 2 presents in one, crazy good prices. The TV is great, wonderful quality and we had a Roku box before, now we don't need it as this TV has it already which is great and not glitchy like the box was. Also very good sound quality. All in all we are very happy with our purchase.
