    Have had the TV for 6 months, everything was great with it. Until recently, sound started cutting out then the TV went black tonight but it still had sound. Put flashlight up to screen and could faintly see it, meaning the backlight is out. Having a tech come out on Saturday since it’s still under 1 year warranty. Praying they can fix it

    Internet problems

    So far I am not happy with the TV. It wouldn't connect to the Internet and had to call Roku and my provider. Finally after unplugging the TV it finally found the connection. Worked for a hour or less and keeps dropping the connection. I have a high speed wifi so that's not the issue and all other devices can easily connect. Maybe I got a bad one.

    I purchase insignia Tv feb 26th 2017 .. on July 21 the tv stop working no picture. I called bestbuy and had 2 wait 1 week for service and when they got her now I have to wait for parts .. obviously the tv is defective and I blame bestbuy selling defective products .. I wish I could have put no stars

    I have had this tv 5 years and now it won't even turn on. I have older Insignia TV's that are not Roku or smart and they are still working
