So far, so good with this unit. It heats well and efficiently, and doesn't take up much space in my office. It' got a real sleek and clean look which suits the decor of the room.

We bought this as a temporary oven to replace our large one that was being repaired. It heated almost as quickly as the big one. Very nice little oven -- love the size and ease of use and no issues right out of the box.

The compact size allows this to fit under a counter. The small size is a plus and planed to use it in my horse trailer tack room but it fit in the kitchen where a larger microwave didn't. The only bad thing is the door sticks a little and you have to pull on the door to get it to open after pressing the door release button. That may just be on my microwave but it's a nuisance. Cooks slower but that's fine. It's handy and I still have the bigger microwave available in the pantry if I'm in a hurry. The slower cooking time keeps.meat from getting tough like a high power microwave does.

Purchased for use during a kitchen renovation. Perfect little size with big power. Easy to use & clean. Served it’s purpose & would definitely recommend

I've had this microwave for about a month. Works great - takes a little longer to heat food than a full size microwave, but worth it for the counter space I save. Perfectly fits a full size dinner plate.

I've had this compact microwave for about two years, and it is still perfect. This was the only microwave that would fit on a particular shelf in my small kitchen. I was so happy to find this size at such a great price. I don't use a microwave often, and this is likely less powerful than larger models, but it suits my needs just fine!

Just the right size for small kitchen spaces & fits just right in my "efficiency" apartment kitchen. Reasonably quiet overall. Easy to clean small spatters off the walls & ceiling of the microwave right after they happen. The power cord could be a little longer? but otherwise would recommend :)

Been happy with this little guy. It performs well and is small enough to fit conveniently in limited space. I'd have liked a timed defrost that didn't require interrupting to move the food, but the company was nice enough to give me suggestions for a workaround. For the price, it does what I need and doesn't monopolize the counter. I've increasingly purchased Insignia products lately, since they have been so obliging and responsive whenever I have a question or need assistance.
