Does what what it is intended with double the time. The only issue with it is the key/touch pad is easily scratched. The surface where the start button is already scratched up.

I thought that we the low wattage she would have to wait forever for it to be able to defrost let alone cook anything. Well, I was wrong. She was able to defrost chicken and cook it well. Now, it is not done in the same time as a microwave with larger wattage, but for a dorm restricted situation, it fits the bill.
