Overall this is a pretty good microwave! The price was right being on sale. It’s the perfect size for my tiny NYC apartment kitchen. It’s obviously not as powerful compared to others, but it does the job of heating and reheating if you give it a little more time. I wish it came in stainless steel! All that being said, this is my second time purchasing this model in 3 years. So the only other concern is that it may not be as long-lasting as I’d hoped. You get what you pay for and it made sense to get this one again so that I knew it would fit in my space, the quick shipping, and the sale price made this difficult to pass up, but it’s worth considering if you want something longer term!

We purchased this microwave because our Convection/Microwave in our motor home quit working. We lasted two days without a microwave. Had not realized how much we used one. The Insignia Compact Microwave has been an excellent replacement while we investigated how to either replace or repair the old one. The Insignia takes up little space on the counter & works great. I would recommend this microwave for anyone wanting a compact microwave.

Small enough (and white), making it very nice to keep on the kitchen counter. The 1.1 cubic foot models are just way too large for a kitchen counter. It’s very poweful for the size, too!!

It turns out that the microwave I replaced with this one was bought at Kmart, and it is the same size as the earlier one. I have an over the range, but for items not larger than a dinner plate, this one is at counter level and is much easier to load and take out than reaching over the range. The cost also was very r3asonable.

This microwave is small and perfect for a small kitchen. It does take a tad bit longer to heat up stuff which is expected from a small microwave but hey it does it’s job in the end. I have been using it for a couple of months and works like a champ. No wonder this thing has good reviews.

Perfect size! Was looking for a small countertop microwave with low watts because I was going to use a small generator to run it while camping. The Insignia 0.7 cu. ft. fits just right. It has enough power for reheating food and popping popcorn, the two main things I needed it for. Would also be perfect for a dorm room.

Nice and compact, worth the price. One thing missing is, ability to set more than 7 minutes by using the numbers, I had add 30secs, repeatedly, to get to desired setting after 7minutes

Compact, and counter ready for all users. Has a big display screen for the numbers to be visible day or night.

Fine little device. Push the “2” and it goes two minutes. Love the simplicity. Good size for our shallow counter and low cabinet above.

This is a very nice compact microwave. You can make popcorn, heat water, make a potato and heat your leftovers in quicktime. It is quite efficient.

Bought this for son in college dorm room. Compact size is of course welcome. Only negative is that you cannot turn off the beeps. I would normally deduct a star for that, but Best Buy had this on sale for an incredible $39.99. Definitely 5 star given the price.
