It has NO power! Even something as simple as making microwave popcorn takes THREE times longer than the recommended time on the bag. If you make do the recommended time, it only pops half the bag (if that)! Forget about reheating leftovers...you’ll be waiting all night for it! This is definitely NOT worth the money! It’s a bummer too...because we are remodeling our kitchen and really needed a way to prepare and heat up food during the interim! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Too small even for a bag a pop corn LOL

The pop-corn bags won't even rotate. LOL I can't return, so we will just deal with it, but learned my lesson, never buy a microwave this small again. LOL And pop corn takes over 3 minuntes, most microwaves are 2 minutes, so it must be weak too.

The nugget ice is great and the machine worked great up until today! 2 and 1/2 weeks old it started making a little noise and then poof quit working. Now, because of Best Buy's shortened return policy I can no longer return it... next step I contact the manufacturer. I usually read and follow the reviews but thought I would try this. Well, lesson learned, rely on the other reviews next time!!!
