I have never received a complaint about them. They heat up the food as expected and are sized efficiently

Only complaints are: 1. the Express Cook pad is only for full minutes, no additional seconds, so I can't hit "130" for a min and 30 sec. -- must use the Time Cook button for that. And 2., the place to press to open the door is too close to the door, so my hand gets hit every time the door springs open.
