Great microwave, love it! Great for small place !!

For the price this is really good small microwave.

I purchased this as a back up to my built-in microwave which was getting fixed due to the button panel stopped working on it. We didn't use it much once my built-in was fixed. Only using it when something needed to be microwaved for more than five minutes and one of us was too impatient to wait. One day one of my sons were using it to cook some frozen food and something in the inner workings of this microwave started burning. The fumes were very strong and seemed toxic (indescribable smell), so we put the microwave in the garage to let it air out. We haven't used it since but you can see black marks coming out of the inner vent. I purchased the 2 yr warranty for it but of course it expired a month and a half ago.

Small microwave to get you by. Can't fit full plates in it

I bought this microwave on sale and I really like it. It does everything I need it to do efficiently. The only problem I have is sometimes the rotating plate comes off the gear that turns it and will wobble inside the microwave. I would recommend this microwave to a friend.

After reading the reviews online I thought I'd get one of these microwaves and have great success. I use a microwave to heat water, pop popcorn, defrost meats, etc., nothing too taxing to say the least. Imagine my surprise when I used it 1 time on Thanksgiving to heat some milk and then it didn't work at all the following day. I made a very loud noise and the turntable was turning but no heating. I returned it and Best Buy took it back no questions asked. Based on the positive reviews I read, I'm thinking I got a dud.

Unfortunately I had no idea how little power my compact microwave has. I am seriously considering returning it for an upgrade because a cup of coffee should not take 3 minutes to warm up

This microwave worked great for the year and a half until suddenly one day the panel inside next to the light started sparking and smoking when trying to use it. It happens after about 1-2 seconds of usage, the microwave also emits a scary loud noise when the sparks begin to fly. Thank goodness I had Geek Squad, which came through for me, as I was able to exchange this for the newer 0.7 Cu. Ft. microwave in white. But this model is a serious fire hazard but thankfully it's been discontinued. Don't even get this at discount. Avoid at all costs.

I bought this product for temporary use its not that bad

A little smaller than I realized, but adequate. Turntable does not sit properly on turning mechanism... I guess for the price it is reasonable and we were looking for something very basic for a cheap price
