It has some sort of melted type spot inside the front door and the plastic control panel is lifting at the bottom left corner. Best Buy says it’s past the 15 day window so they’re escalating to see if they’re going to address it. BB should have sent a replacement immediately. So many good reviews- perhaps I just got a lemon.
