I've been airing it out for close to a month now and it has not dissipated. I'm over the return days so I'll just have to get rid of it if it doesn't smell sweeter soon. What a cheap piece of junk.

That is not a normal issue, and I would suggest having the device reviewed under warranty by Geek Squad at your local Best Buy. Two days after plugging it in, he walked into his room at night and it was running and would not turn off. He unplugged it and plugged it back in and it just stayed on. Returned it and will look for another brand.

It takes 2 minutes to heat up a cup of coffee to a luke warm temperature. Steamable bags of veggies that recommend 4-6 minutes takes longer than 6 minutes to cook. I am hoping to be able to return this for something that actually works as expected.

It's the worst microwave I have ever used. I am thinking of returning it but already trash the package. I will still try to see if they can take it without the package. After all I have a 2 yrs warrantee on it.

Too expensive for the size

It was very fragile and did not heat things too well. At least we gave it a try but I am sure we will not purchase this brand of microwaves again !!
