It took 3 times of one minute to heat up my lunch, WHICH USUALLY took one minutte. IT PROBABLY WAS THIS DEFECTIVE ONEC MICROWAVE. I dont think it is a model issue. JUST A.... one bad apple. WHEN I RETURNED IT and got an instant refund..... MY SISTER OFFERED MY MOTHER her microwave!!! Good deal for my mother. ... MEANING.... I didnt have to buy another microwave. CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT BEST BUY! It hasnt ever FAIL ME!!!! GREAT BUSINESS
