I bought the microwave in an open box. The whole package came in tact despite the packing foam thing is broken. However, the microwave itself looks brand new and unused. Its size fits in my teeny tiny kitchen. I am happy for my choice on an open-box.

Was delivered quickly. Unit as described. Just right for my son's dorm room.

Got this about a month ago for my house. A lot of people have used it and it's still working. However we did notice that when the kids tried to make ramen noodles they needed to add extra time. Same for anything that has a lot of density- I.e. Those little Tai Pei Chinese boxes, hot pockets, etc. You'll have to add a few more minutes to warm all the way through. It's pretty small. Good size for a dorm room and at the wattage dorms usual require (700w). Trust that as college kids you'll perfect the skill of ramen making with any device; so don't let this stop you. It makes a low buzz/hum when it cooks rather than what I'm used to. It just seems like it's working too hard sometimes. Gets the job done.

This is a nice looking unit, and much heavier than the tin can GE purchased from Walmart 9 years ago. I've only heated water for a cup of tea so far. It was a great buy on sale at $39.99.

Magnatron lasted 03 19 till09 22. Got a replacement $30 saved $40 from new unit.

This microwave has absolute basic stuff. if you don't need high end microwave programming, this is an awesome price tag small microwave. Just perfect for 1~2 people .

This is a great little office microwave. It's not nearly as powerful as mine at home but it does the trick!

I bought in October so it's too late to return. It doesn't heat well and it's noisy. Also, there's mold growing inside that I can't clean out of the seams. There's just enough space for mold to live but not enough for me to get into it to thoroughly clean it. It's my fault I didn't clean up a spill right away but it's not sealed very well and there shouldn't be crevices that can trap food or liquid. It's not very sanitary.

Great little microwave for use in my classroom! Perfect for heating up coffee or lunch!!

good item for the price and does the job, however a regular size dining plate wont fit in it...

This is a very basic microwave but it does the job. Fits a full size dinner plate.

This is a good entry-level/basic microwave. I've had it a couple months now, and the "power" button will eventually wear out (it already has a groove to it, and i use it maybe twice a week), but if you're looking for compact size and compact price, this will get you handled.

I bought this microwave just over 30 days ago and today it won't turn off. The STOP/CANCEL button doesn't work anymore. I have to completely unplug it or just it just continues to run. I could live with the clock not working but I shouldn't have to set another timer because the microwave's own timer doesn't work and then have to unplug it after each use.
