We took several back to the different stores. They were mostly were too big for the space we had. This microwave turned out to be just the right size and it is very easy to use.

As soon as I plugged it in first time, it's started working without me turning on. Then I had to open the door and press CANCEL multiple times to turn it off. Then once I heat some food and take the plate out, it starts working again as soon as I close the door. And no the timer finished and shows 00:00. So I returned it and bought a Hamilton Beach microwave from Walmart for $55. It works great. Heats up very good.
