Was happy with a good deal as I am on a budget. But when in less than a year, I pop in my favorate oatmeal that would be perfect in 90 sec. result: not even haif cooked. Took best of care with this thing lthen overnight it's all bad.

Then it suddenly sparked and died. Neither Insignia or Best Buy would assist when we called and emailed. I am disappointed in this product. We have been happy with their products in the past.

I thought maybe it would loosen up after using, but it still won’t open without pulling door open with my finger and it pinched my finger a couple of times. I will return it for refund.

Plugged it in, display came on, turntable worked. A day later when my daughter used it for the first time, it appeared to work, but did not warm anything after being on for 1 1/2 minutes. She tried again after ensuring that it did not default to the lowest power setting. She put her item in for 6 minutes and it was as liquid and cold as it was when she first put it into the microwave. So, needless to say, it will be returned. Assuming it is some random manufacturer’s defect. I wouldn’t necessarily hold it against it.
