It was smooth at first, not sure what’s wrong with it now. Of course, item is no longer returnable.

I thought maybe it would loosen up after using, but it still won’t open without pulling door open with my finger and it pinched my finger a couple of times. I will return it for refund.

It takes me forever to heat up a cup of coffee. Like three, four minutes. 15 to 20 minutes for a baked potato. I cant figure out out to set the power function and the instructions aren't very detailed. Not super happy with this.
