A lot of work for two identical defective products

The turn table did not rotate. I went through the grief of packing it up to return to the store and ordered another one (the same one) on line again. This one is also defective. The door latch does not release the door. I do not recommend this product at all. I am returning the second one, and will not buy another microwave from Best Buy.

Number pad started deteriorating in a month. Now it’s been 14 months I’ve owned it and it just blew up. Did the job but not 50$ worth for a year. I’ve had cheaper ones last longer.

Came damaged and did not work

When I got home and tried to open it, the button wouldn’t work at all. Returned it and I do not recommend this.

Plugged it in the first time at home and it turned on. Light was on, so I was happy. Got to the camping site, tried to heat our meal for the first time, for 2 minutes, for 5 minutes for 10 minutes, nothing meal remained cold as ice. Needless to say, returned it.

Get the job done, but it's super slow

Takes way too long to heat food and usually does it unevenly. I wanted a microwave on the quick and figured I'd go cheaper. Definitely going name brand next time.

Piece of crap

I got a message after the guest left that the brand new microwave wasn’t working. It turns out that it was only lighting up when you open the door. I took it back to Best Buy and it took them about a week to tell me they would be exchanging it for another one. I am so upset that they would sell something nothing working
