    Purchased these for our business and opened 1 of the 4 boxes two weeks after having it in a box and it doesn’t work. Cannot return because we missed the return period which was within two weeks? Seems very odd that we cannot return a product that doesn’t work. Very disappointing and will never purchase from Best Buy again for our business purposes.

    I bought it to use at my Airbnb. I got a message after the guest left that the brand new microwave wasn’t working. It turns out that it was only lighting up when you open the door. I took it back to Best Buy and it took them about a week to tell me they would be exchanging it for another one. I am so upset that they would sell something nothing working

    It seems to do a good job it's just a little too small for us. If you are using in a dorm or small apartment it would be a perfect size.

    Bought one , works great got a second one for a friend and it had an underlining motor noise. It got worse inquired about a return but was passed the 15 day return policy. Get it and use it , and listen closely it might get worse.

    So, I got this for my office in January - I had not used it until the other day (been out for a while) and figured out it isn' t heating up at all. New and never had been used. Disappointed, should have tried it out the moment I got it but dang, knowing it's new and nothing.

    It was an ok microwave oven but we could never get the door to open properly when pushing button on front. We returned it and will shop for another soon.

    Cheaply made. Had it delivered and it was dented and the button to open the microwave wasn't working as it should. I still wouldn't buy this microwave even if it didn't arrive the way it did. Again, It's poorly made. I returned this item and as I was doing that two other customers were returning it as well.

    This thing is awful. It was used for a total of 5 times (10 minutes time in total) and no longer heats up food. I'm a week past the return period as well. Do not purchase this

    Chemical burning smell

    After receiving the microwave a few months ago, I started to smell a burning chemical smell whenever I used it (which isn’t often since I have an air fryer). This morning it started to smoke and we had to open up windows to let out the chemical smell.

    We received damaged microwave also when they replaced that microwave also get damaged.when we called for returned they told me to go nearest store for return no pickup service available
