Cannot return because we missed the return period which was within two weeks? Seems very odd that we cannot return a product that doesn’t work. It got worse inquired about a return but was passed the 15 day return policy. Get it and use it , and listen closely it might get worse.

Had it delivered and it was dented and the button to open the microwave wasn't working as it should. I still wouldn't buy this microwave even if it didn't arrive the way it did. Again, It's poorly made. I returned this item and as I was doing that two other customers were returning it as well.
