    It works fine, but it wont open just pushing on the bar to open it, you have to do that and pull on the door with your hand.

    This microwave looks good but that’s about it . I have not even had it for a month . It does not even heat up quickly. It sweat profusely. Every time I use it the microwave is full of water. I will be purchasing American made products from now on . I definitely won’t be recommending Best Buy to any of my friends due to the quality of there merchandise.

    unfortunately the dimensions listed on the site are not accurate. The website switched the actual height and depth measurements. This is a problem for me in that the actual depth of the unit will not fit my application. A fact that was not obvious until the unit arrived. At least I didn't open the box and try to put it in place. The website needs to be fixed. ays that the height of the unit is

    Don't buy Open box, they don't check it

    When i bougt it, it was saying Certified Open Box, excellent condition. But when i receive it yes it was excellent condition by means of packing, item itself. But the microwave itself didn't work. I don't understand how come it can be "CERTIFIED" open box if you didn't test & control it before putting back to sale??

    On the first try it was heating up where you can cook an egg on it. Bad burning smell within a minute. I had it cool off for a day before returning it. I read reviews similar to this.

    I am very disappointed in the microwave that I purchased less than a month ago. The front panel which has a plastic coating has begun to break and split and peel. It saddens me that an item of such a poor quality would be sold by Best Buy. I do not have the technological skills to send pictures, but I will give it a try two show you the extent of peeling.

However, this is normal because on our new microwaves this control panel will come with a plastic cover, but if also the number and the button names are peeling off, there must be something else going on.

    Bought this microwave a year ago and I'm gonna have to replace it. It has rusted in the bottom by the turn table and several other rust spot. Not a good brand of microwave. I shouldn't have to replace a microwave after a year of use.

    Light bulb blew almost immediately. Worked fine other than that, but six months after I bought it I opened the door and every socket on that wall shut off. Now it won't turn on at all.

    Put in a rice bag inside that should be ready in about 90 seconds... i literally spent about 3 or 4 mins in the microwave trying to cook and came out room temperature. Dissapointed in the product.

    One star due to damaged during delivery, never used it, as it rocked back and forth on the counter. Box and styrofoam was busted on 3 sides. Looks like it fell off the truck. Took it back to store and upgraded to a bigger more powerful model, picked out a decent box.
