However, this microwave never heated anything. Bagel remained cold and popcorn never popped. Best Buy was very customer service friendly during the return process.

The light has gone out and it doesn't heat well. I know it happens from time to time. I worked for Best Buy 21 years and was a Geek Squad Agent.

I should have spent more to get a better one. Because I didnt get an extended warranty, bestbuy wont take it back.
