    I was glad to get this microwave on sale, but I would definitely purchase it otherwise! It works just as I hope it would even as a 700 watt, and it’s great for dorming. It doesn’t get too hot and barely makes noise. Highly recommend!

    Stopped working after a few days. Since I ordered it online, I couldn't return it to the store. I would have had to ship it somewhere to be fixed. Plus, I needed the receipt, but I didn't have it anymore. Rip off!

    Bad opening mechanism.

    Opening square button/latch on lower right front is difficult to push, must hold onto the door and push at the same time quickly and strongly and then pull the door open. It doesn't just pop open. Very irritating, every time. I will return the unit. Too much trouble for simple use.

    Burst in Flames While Making Popcorn

    This thing sucks. It almost burned down my house after I only had it for two weeks or so. I was preparing a bag of microwavable popcorn when the bag burst in flames and caught on fire. Then when I tried to return it Best Buy would not honor the return. Buyer beware!

    It was delivered quicker than I expected, however, it has a defective latch on the door and it is difficult to open. I needed something quick because my built-in microwave went out. I haven't had time to send it back for a replacement. I'm disappointed in the quality of this product.

    Ordered and paid for new but got delivered open box. Clearly had been opened and resealed. Contents had been reshuffled. Wish I had ordered pick up instead of delivery so I could refuse it on seeing it was open box.

    It must have been a repackaged return. It had a dent in the top and the door catches. I guess no one looks when something comes back before they sell it to someone else. I'll live with it since I'm 76 and getting it out of the box and set up was quite a task.
