I ordered it twice, and had to return it twice. The glass plate is essentially packed loose inside the oven, with only a small piece of thin cardboard, and a lot of damage was caused due to that poor choice of packaging. The oven was dented by the plate and the roller tray broken. Who knows what other damage might have been done inside the oven? The outer protective styrofoam packaging is very thin. I gave up, and ordered a different kind from somewhere else, which arrived well-packaged, without any damage and works great.

You get what you pay for
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Inexpensive microwave that is cheaply made. We bought this unit a few months ago. Within a month, the plastic covering the keypad began to peel off. Now, the microwave turns itself back on after it is done cooking. The end of cycle alarm goes off; I open the microwave and remove my food; close the door and the unit starts again. If you open the door it will stop but close it and the unit begins to run again. I have to use the keypad to make it stop. This seems unsafe and I will likely get rid of it as soon as possible. I do not recommend this microwave.

Broke after 2 only years
