Unfortunately I was not able to open it immediately. When I opened it it was 3 weeks later and passed apparently the 15 days to return it. This "exellent" microwave was filthy inside. See attached pictures. I do have a 2-year optional warranty on it so I'm returning it to the store so they can exchange it hopefully the next one I receive will be clean and in working condition which this one is not. Customer support is a crappy overseas call center not someone in the US. I was disconnected twice while trying to explain the problem and being reassured that there is nothing they can do and that fortunately I have the warranty protection on it so I can lugg this all the way back to the store with my bad back to turn it in and then wait for them to ship me a new one. I will not be buying from Best Buy again. In addition since this is fraud I will be contacting the California Department of Consumer Affairs and filing a formal complaint against Best Buy.

The outside metal flares out a some places and is not totally flush with its shape. I am a little afraid of microwave leakage. However it seems it work ok.

Store sold a used and dented microwave as new.

Unfortunately I had bought it for my daughters new apartment so learned when she opened the rough box. Store pickup claimed it was their last one. This is not the first time I bought new and was given a returned item at Best Buy. See picks below of the dented back. The inside had repackaged and broken styrofoam.
